Md. said to have met 2013 bay pollution reduction goals

The Chesapeake Bay Program — a regional partnership that oversees bay restoration and protection — announced Thursday that Maryland achieved its 2013 pollution reduction milestones for nitrogen, phosphorus and sediment.
